Jay Shah\u2019s journey into the business realm began with his involvement in Temple Enterprise, where he delved into the trade of agricultural products. He later expanded his business interests by acquiring a majority stake in Kusum Finserve, a company he helped establish in 2015.<\/p>

His administrative foray in cricket started in 2009 with a role at the Central Board of Cricket, Ahmedabad. His leadership qualities quickly ascended him to the role of joint secretary at the Gujarat Cricket Association (GCA) in 2013, where he collaborated with his father to oversee the development of the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.<\/p>

In 2015, Shah\u2019s cricketing journey took a pivotal turn as he joined the BCCI\u2019s finance and marketing committees, culminating in his election as the BCCI Secretary four years later. His dynamic approach and youthful energy made him the youngest among the top officials within the organization.<\/p>
