Ishan Kishan was born on 18 July 1998 in Patna, Bihar, India. Due to an issue between BCCI and Bihar board, he started playing for the neighboring state of Jharkhand with the advice of a friend and former cricketer. He belongs to the state that has given birth to\u00a0MS Dhoni<\/a><\/strong>, who Kishan idolized.<\/p>

Mother Suchita Singh wanted her son to become a doctor by educating him. But, Ishaan <\/a><\/strong>did not seem to mind in the slightest of studies. He used to make cricket-related pictures in his copy during class. Mother often used to scold him for playing his cricket. He was also expelled from school because of being weak in his studies. Ishaan used to think about cricket all the time since childhood.<\/p>
