Born on September 12, 1994, RM, also known by his stage name Kim Namjoon, is a South Korean rapper, composer, and record producer. He is the main rapper and leader of the South Korean boy band BTS, which is under the Big Hit Labels management.
Active as an underground rapper prior to his breakthrough (Runch Randa ). Rapper Nam-joon, then 13 years old, was already a prodigy; he had gained notoriety in the underground scene at a young age by dazzling more experienced underground rappers and by frequently attending concerts in his hometown of Ilcheon. RM Career
RM started his career by being a part of the BTS group.
He had an appearance in the “Perfect Christmas” music video in 2013. He also made an appearance in the animated teaser for “Intro:O! RUL8,2” this year.
He played a part in three of the 2014 Mnet-televised documentary “4things Show – Rap Monster,” which was titled after him. He also made an appearance in the animated teaser for “Intro: What Am I To You?” this year.
