Charanjeet Kaur Sidhu is a politician by profession and serves the Indian National Congress. She belongs to the Jatt Sikh family and follows Sikhism. Charanjeet is married to Balkaur Singh. She was born on the 15th of May but the exact year is not known however she is aged between 50-60 years. She has 2 sons namely Sidhu Moosewala and Gurpreet Sidhu. Her son was shot dead on the 29th of May 2022 in Mansa by Canada-based gangsters.

The parents of slain Punjabi singer Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, popularly known as Sidhu Moosewala, are set to welcome a new member to their family soon. Moosewala’s mother Charan Kaur is pregnant and will be delivering a baby soon, family sources confirmed.
Moosewala, who had unsuccessfully contested the Punjab Assembly elections on a Congress ticket from Mansa in 2022, was murdered on May 29 that year.
A rage among the masses, especially the youth, Moosewala wrote and produced his own songs and was considered one of the wealthiest Punjabi singers. Even after his killing, several of his songs have been released and have registered millions of hits.

She even claimed that the Punjab government had revoked the Punjab Police’s security detail; provided to Sidhu Moose Wala, for the threat looming on his life.
